Enjoy a short break of sheer delight walking amidst unexpected colour and fragrance through East Anglia’s most spectacular Winter Gardens.
Based at Bressingham Hall, within the award winning Winter Garden created by Adrian Bloom, this short break is packed with unexpected beauty, dazzling colour and unforgettable scent.
Allow yourself to be led, tiptoeing, into this magical world of winter botanical drama where fiery naked branches and trunks provide awe inspiring combinations, backed by a myriad of diverse shades of evergreens finely enriched by dry grasses and seedheads left standing among heathers and beautifully scented winter flowering shrubs.
Each year between the end of February ad beginning of March we spend 2/3 nights at Bressingham Hall and take short day trips to discover the best winter gardens between Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Starting with Hyde Hall, followed by Anglesey Abbey, Cambridge Botanic gardens and of course our resident Bressingham gardens, led by Adrian Bloom himself.
